Firm Mission LLC was founded to bring critical manufacturing infrastructure home to Alaska — to create high-wage jobs, close the digital divide, and keep ownership in the hands of Indigenous people and Alaskan communities.
Our mission is to build and operate Alaska’s first large-scale fiber optic cable and conduit manufacturing facility, supplying the infrastructure needed to connect rural, tribal, and remote areas across the state — and eventually across the Arctic and beyond. We believe broadband is a right, not a privilege — and that Alaska deserves sovereignty in how that infrastructure is made, maintained, and owned.
We are committed to building with integrity: paying living wages, sourcing locally, hiring locally, and training the next generation of Alaska-based fiber technicians. As a 100% Native-owned company, we reinvest profits into local growth, not outside shareholders.
